program of 20th Century music (avant garde classical and jazz) including

interviews with composers and performers, live performances and listener calls.


Producer of numerous special programs on 20th Centry music for WBAI including

live on-air performances, taped concerts, live concerts and programs on music

theory and analysis for the lay person.


Composer of over 300 works for all media, including opera, symphony, concerto,

chamber music, cantana, choral works, song cycles, "heads" for improvisation,

electronic music, musique concrète, popular songs, film soundtracks, dance

scores and incidental music.




Writing: Author of more than 50 weekly previews and reviews of concerts (mostly

new music) in New York, The Villager,The Brooklyn Phoenix, 1982-83. Articles

and reviews published in Ear Magazine and New Music Connoisseur
